Our Mission
We began Thread Theory in 2012 with a mission to bring menswear sewing patterns to the forefront of the DIY fashion movement. We have since expanded into androgynous workwear sewing patterns. Along with our extensive Thread Theory pattern line, you will also find a comprehensive catalogue of menswear and workwear patterns from other pattern designers as well as a curated selection of rugged notions and tools in our shop.

Morgan Meredith
The co-founder and leader of our little pattern company. Morgan has a background in fashion design and a passion for practical clothing and simple living. She designs our pattern line, is the person you'll chat with when you contact us, and curates our shop.
Adrianna Aguirre
Our talented pattern development manager. She creates our detailed instruction booklets and accurate illustrations. She orchestrates communications between the rest of the pattern development team. In addition to this, Adrianna shares her passion for and expertise in sewing on our social media platforms.
